Using HelloBonjour
You may use HelloBonjour to manage appointment-based operations, including bookings, schedules, customer records, forms, payments, communications, and related administrative workflows.
Accounts and access
You are responsible for keeping account access secure, inviting the right team members, assigning appropriate roles, and making sure your business information, services, prices, availability, and policies stay accurate.
Payments and subscriptions
Paid plans, usage limits, third-party payment processors, transaction fees, taxes, refunds, and subscription changes may apply depending on the features you use.
Customer communications
You are responsible for the messages, policies, forms, and booking information presented to customers through your booking page, dashboard, email, SMS, AI assistant, or website widget.
Service availability
We work to keep HelloBonjour reliable, but we cannot guarantee uninterrupted service. We may update, suspend, or change features when needed for security, maintenance, compliance, or product improvements.
